1. Platform: Refers to the YourSpot application and website owned and operated by YourX Zayan Software.
2. Partner: Any individual or legal entity (company or establishment) registering to offer services or business activities through the platform.
3. User: Any individual using the YourSpot application to explore, book, or review places and services.
4. Company: Refers to YourX Zayan Software, the owner and operator of the YourSpot platform, responsible for managing the contractual relationship with partners.

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all their provisions.
- Partners must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including legal documents (ID, commercial registration, tax number if applicable).
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request without justification.
- Partners are not allowed to create multiple accounts for the same business without written approval.
- Partners are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their accounts.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or delete any account proven to have violated the terms or submitted false data.
📝Article 3: Content and Services
- Partners are fully responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all content displayed on their profile, including photos, prices, offers, and working hours.
- The company has the right to review or remove any content it deems inappropriate, illegal, or harmful to the platform's reputation.
- Partners must not upload or share any offensive, discriminatory, or illegal promotional materials.
- The company is not responsible for any dispute arising between partners and users due to inaccurate information or services not matching the description.
- The Company operates as the Merchant of Record. All customer payments for bookings are collected in full directly into the Company's corporate bank account. The Company subsequently calculates and transfers the Partner's net dues (after deducting the agreed-upon platform margins, commissions, or fees) via independent offline bank transfers (ACH) according to the agreed settlement schedule.
- Partners are responsible for all applicable taxes, bank fees, and charges as per Egyptian law.
- The company reserves the right to amend fees or commissions with prior notice.
- Users have the right to leave reviews freely. The company will only intervene in cases of proven abuse or violation.
- Partners must not manipulate, remove, or attempt to influence user reviews in any illegal way.
- Either party may terminate this relationship through written notice.
- The company has the right to suspend or delete any account immediately in the following cases:
- Violation of laws or platform policies.
- Misuse or attempted system breach.
- Submission of fake or forged documents.
- The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses due to account suspension or termination.
- All trademarks, logos, software, and designs used within the platform are the property of YourX Zayan Software.
- Partners are prohibited from using any of the company's branding elements without written consent.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of Cairo Economic Court or any competent authority.
Rejecting Bookings Before Acceptance ✅
- ✅ NO PENALTY for rejecting booking requests
- ✅ User receives 100% full refund including all fees
- ✅ Your account is not affected
Cancelling After Acceptance ⚠️
When you cancel a booking after accepting it:
- ✅ User receives 100% full refund instantly
- ⚠️ You face a 15% penalty on booking amount
- • Minimum penalty: 15 EGP
- • Maximum penalty: 150 EGP
- 💰 Penalty is deducted from your weekly payout
How Penalties Are Paid
- Penalty is recorded in system as "pending"
- Every week, your earnings are calculated
- Pending penalties are deducted from payout
- If earnings are less than penalty, available amount is deducted
- Remainder carries over to next payout
